Pretty good food for a theme park and honestly the overall atmosphere just makes it a really enjoyable place to eat. We joined quite a large line but the place is huge and has outdoor heated seats as well so the line moves really quickly.
The Christmas feast was a decent meal, and comes with quite a bit of food. I was a sucker for a good souvenir so I got the butter beer in a special edition mug. I have to say, the butter beer is disgustingly sweet and I had to pour out more than half of it. If you really like sweet stuff, this drink will be amazing for you. But for me personally it started giving me a headache.
The staff working here are incredibly nice and helpful. Very friendly too, from the person handling the line, to the person taking our order, to the person giving us the food all the way to the person who told us to leave our trays on the table and that they would help us clean...
Read moreI recently dined at this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. The food was dry and bland, with the meat being particularly like eating paper. The ambiance was far from romantic or magical; instead, it felt quite boring. The lighting was so poor that it was difficult to even see the food on my plate.
Additionally, I encountered an issue with the service. A Japanese male waiter was angrily shouting at us because we were foreigners waiting for our raincoats at the entrance. However, he did not shout at the Japanese customers beside us who were also at the entrance. This behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome.

Read moreA wonderful experience and atmosphere, but very lackluster food.
I shouldn't have expected much from places to eat at amusement parks, but I was starving and didn't have many choices. I ordered a rotisserie dinner meal for 2500 yen, and boy, it was disappointing.
The food essentially tasted like cafeteria food but accurately depicted it like the dining hall in the movies. I felt like I was essentially robbed of my money.
Despite the bad food, I have to give positives for the environment and the staff. It was simply unmatched and really made you feel like you were in Harry Potter. The staff were so kind as well. Also, the butterbeer (which was around 900 yen) was good and worth a try!
Overall, I'd come here for a break, a nice seat and a butterbeer. I'd avoid the food at all...
