We loved this ride. My girlfriend isnt even a Harry Potter Fan (never watched the movies) and still loved this ride. A must ride for every Harry Potter Fan. Thankfully we had the express pass so there was almost no waiting time. People without an express pass had to wait up to 90 minutes when we wen.t

The only thing I disliked was that it was very chaotic at the locker room. You have to put your stuff in a locker, which is of course no problem but you get in this room, get told to put your stuff in a locker, but you don't really know where to go because the room is so packed and it takes some time to finally find a free locker, because everyone is standing in front of lockers. 『ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン』内の人気エリアの一つである『ウィザーディング・ワールド・オブ・ハリー・ポッター』内にあるアトラクションのうちの一つです。『ホグワーツ城』内にあるため、天候を気にすることなく楽しむことが出来ます。 まるで自分が魔法の箒に乗ってホグワーツ城やその周辺を滑空しているかのような臨場感を味わえます。視界いっぱいに広がる映像と搭乗するコースターの様々な振動・向き・急降下・急上昇だけではなく、実物を模したディメンターやドラゴンなどがまるで襲い掛かるように目の前に現れたりします。しかも映像とリアルとの切り替えが違和感を全く感じさせません。 アトラクションの世界観は、ハリー・ポッター・シリーズの『賢者の石』～『アズカバンの囚人』を主軸としています。だからと言って、ハリー・ポッター・シリーズを全ての作品を知っている、あるいは全く知らない人は全く楽しめない、というわけではありません。ハリー・ポッター・シリーズならではの、暗く薄気味悪いシーンが連続しますが、それもこの作品の非常に味わいのある世界観でもありますので、存分に楽しんでほしいと思います。 一方で、各キャラクターの声やナレーションが全て日本語であり、字幕版を含む日本語以外の言語で映画を鑑賞したことがある人の場合、もしかしたら少し違和感を感じるかもしれません。人に依っては、それによって世界観に没入するのが中途半端に終わってしまう可能性もあります。 絶叫系アトラクションであるため、基本的にコースターの搭乗時には荷物は勿論、落としそうな小物類は持ち込めません。そのため、搭乗前に無料のロッカーに預けておく必要があります。また、このアトラクションも非常に人気が高いため、エクスプレスパスを事前に購入することをお勧めします。

This is one of the attractions in the "Wizarding World of Harry Potter", one of the popular areas in "Universal Studios Japan". Since it's located in "Hogwarts Castle," visitors can enjoy it without worrying about the weather. You'll feel as if you are gliding around Hogwarts Castle and its surroundings on a magic broom. Not only do the images fill your field of vision and the coaster you are riding vibrate, turn, dive, and soar, but also realistic-looking dementors and dragons appear in front of you as if they are about to attack you. Moreover, the transition between the images and the real thing makes you feel no sense of discomfort at all. This attraction's worldview is based primarily on the Harry Potter series, "The Philosopher's Stone" through "Prisoner of Azkaban". This does not mean that those who know all or none of the Harry Potter series cannot enjoy the attraction at all. There are a series of dark and eerie scenes that are typical of the Harry Potter series, but this is also a very tasteful worldview of this film, so I hope you will enjoy it to the fullest. On the other hand, the voices and narration of each character are all in Japanese, and people who have seen movies in languages other than Japanese, including subtitled versions, may perhaps feel a little uncomfortable. Depending on the person, this may result in a half-hearted immersion into the worldview. Since this coaster is a screaming attraction, basically no luggage or other small items that might be dropped are allowed when boarding the coaster. A big wait ride, though as a solo rider I got through within 10-15 mins. Worst thing was all the cross traffic for the lockers. With this being indoor, you won't get sunburnt while queuing or riding

You sort in a carriage of 4 facing outward, and it swings everywhere too add motion to what you see on the digital screens (swooping through various scenes such as a quidditch game and the exterior of hogwarts) before switching seamlessly to prop based things such as dragons, spiders and dementors. It's rather exhilarating, though something's the digital screen stuff can be a bit much quality and movement wise and may give a little motion dizziness, though nowhere enough to trigger my sickness

Goes without saying, this is Japan so expect to see the HP actors with Japanese...
