Great place to have ramen for dinner. Their ramen is very affordable and delicious. Be sure to come earlier to queue before they open at 6pm. Else you will have to wait outside. I've tried their: Mushroom (thick) ramen - It's seriously amazing. It's like western mushroom soup with ramen but saltier. Mushroom (light) ramen - This too was amazing! I personally prefer this over the thick mushroom. Spicy vinegar ramen - It was choking spicy for me. But tasted really good. The above ramen cost ¥900/bowl. I totally recommend going for their special set which comes with an onsen egg, extra seaweed and chasu for only additional ¥250. The restaurant lady could speak a little English. So don't worry about language barriers. They are really nice and welcoming.

Very yummy in a unique mushroom broth. Prices are very reasonable. Their rice is nice too. It's a cosy restaurant with some bar counter seats facing the kitchen and you can see the chef preparing your food. There are a few tables with seats too. This is definitely a hidden gem in a ski resort. They close later at 8pm during the ski season. Credit cards are accepted here. The mushroom rich ramen broth is almost like a mushroom soup. You can add a special topping of 350 yen to your ramen to get more meat and an egg too.

Local small ramen shop. Big size and savory soup and noodle. So satistified after playing snowboard. I ordered spicy seafood ramen, it has no seafood but its the fish soup base which is good, not fishy, more like scallop plus dried fish soup base. The dumpling is boiled so its so so. The meat is thick!!! They can understand English.

Found this ramen shop in the freezing cold winter, and it was a lifesaver since it was the only restaurant in the area accepting walk-ins. The mushroom ramen was really nice and comforting. The only thing that could be improved is the chashu—the fat part was quite hard to chew, which is different from my usual experience with Japanese pork, where it typically melts in the mouth. Overall, a great place to warm up with a hot...
