My friend and I just happened to chance at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It had a unique atmosphere to the place which gives it life. I ordered their carbonara and it was honestly one of the best I've had. A normal carbonara would just have pecorino, guanchale and pepper, and what you get there is very close to the original. The cheese They used is accurate. They used thick cut bacon which gives it the same amount of saltiness, and they added a pinch of garlic flakes as well to give it a different dimension of flavour and depth.
