I popped in to get a hot bubble tea, but it wasn’t actually hot—it tasted like it had been diluted with water. Unfortunately, this was the worst bubble tea experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there were no staff around, so I had to call for someone. When the female staff member finally came out, she didn’t greet me or say hello. Throughout the interaction, she didn’t smile and didn’t even say thank you after I paid. She looked like she was being forced to work for £5 an hour. The service was unwelcoming, and the drink was disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back.

最近毎週のように来てますが、3週連続でミスが発生しているので、買った後の確認は絶対にしたほうがいいです。 1回目は杏仁ミルクを頼んだのに杏仁の味が全くしませんでした。（香りも無く、甘いミルクのような味しかしない） 2回目は杏仁ミルクを頼んだのに杏仁ミルクティーが来ました。そしてさらにストローが短いタイプで来たので、タピオカが吸えなくなるところでした。（Lサイズを頼んだ） 3回目はストロベリーヨーグルトを頼んだのにストロベリーミルクが来ました。 店員さんももう少し落ち着いて作業してほしいです。
