The prices while not cheap, are reasonable for steak in Tokyo. It will cost you about 2,500 yen for a 200g steak and a very small drink.
While the flavor of the steak was alright, it was over cooked, and serving it on a hot steal plate that keeps cooking it is also a bad idea.
The staff need better training on how to properly cook a steak.
