Hanaichi is located next to the fish market in Saitama. So the food is fresh. If you arrive before 11am on. Sunday you can double the number of fried shrimp by doing rock, paper, scissors with the waitress. Thus I can get eight fried shrimp on ur plate. If you can’t eat everything, you can get it to go. The service is friendly and prompt. The food was good especially the crab soup. The shrimp fry was crispy outside and firm inside. And the tuna bowl was solid. The meal was filling and I couldn’t eat everything. I’ll have fried shrimp for later. It was a nice dining experience.

If you order fried shrimp or oister you have the chance of getting a double ration in a rock-paper-scissors match against the waitress (seriously!). Very good price for a plenty dinner, even if you lose, however the service is kind of slow even when there is few customers and there was a really unfriendly waitress....
