Charcoal Wagyu Steak & Wine Restaurant SUMIBI TO WINE Osaka Sakaihigashi — Restaurant in Sakai

I recently visited Sumibi to Wine Sakai-Higashi. Upon arrival, I immediately ordered the premium all-you-can-drink option for 2500 yen. The selection of over 19 types of wine and detox sours available with unlimited refills was particularly appealing for wine enthusiasts. The unlimited time offer added to the charm. The ambiance of the restaurant was delightful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even for families with children.

We ordered the charcoal-grilled Oita Wagyu, which took about 30 minutes to arrive but was well worth the wait. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, melting in your mouth with every bite. Pairing it with red wine enhanced the flavors even more. We also tried the steamed mussels, and the risotto made with the broth was especially delicious, making it a dish worth repeating.

Additionally, we sampled the Kamo Negitoro with fresh sea urchin, which was also exquisite. The rich flavor of the duck combined with the creamy sea urchin was a luxurious treat. These dishes, particularly the meat options, are highly recommended and not to be missed.

Overall, the high quality of the food, the extensive drink menu, and the attentive service made for a very satisfying dinner experience. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions or dates. I definitely plan to...

お通しはリーフサラダorナッツが食べ放題！サラダとナッツは迷いますね😋 シャキシャキのお野菜がとても美味しい🥬

塩チーズムースは名前で即決した一品。バケットにつけて食べるタイプのもので、ワインがすすみそう♡これめちゃくちゃタイプでした♡

フルーツマスカルポーネは、果物（りんごとパイン）をチーズで合えたおしゃれな一皿。デザートっぽい感じでした！

そしてお店の名前にもある炭火焼！おおいた和牛の【お贅沢】ロッシーニと迷ったのですが、やはりツムラ本店の河内鴨には惹かれます♡見た目もきれいな赤の鴨🤤鴨独特のしっかりとした弾力と旨味がたまらなかったです♡✨

二軒目だったのでたくさんは食べれなかったけど、他にも大分の豊後牛やソーセージ、アヒージョやパスタなど豊富なメニューでどれも美味しそうでした✨メニューの名前も【お緑のからいやつ】や【裏パスタ】【残ったスープのうまみ】など遊び心もあって楽しいですね♪

次は一軒目に行ってみたいです😋
