こどもの日に子供の初節句のためにテイクアウトで利用。 事前に予約してあり11:30受け取りのため時間ちょうどに到着。レジで店員に受け取りに来たと声をかけると「少々お待ちください。」と。 それから待つこと10分。もう一度レジで店員に声をかけるが「もう少々お待ちください。」と。いやもうこの時点で全然少々じゃないだろ。予約時間すぎてるし。 そこからもう10分。さすがに受け取り時間を20分も過ぎてるので、あと何分で出来るのか店員に聞くが「今お作りしてるので少々お待ちください。」と。もう待てないのであと何分かかるのか確認してもらうと「15分から20分くらいです。」と。は？まだ作ってないだろそれ。その時点ですでに12時。初節句のお祝いのために義両親も両親も我が家に到着したと連絡あり。０歳２歳と旦那を車に待たせていたが、先に自宅へ戻ってもらった。ちなみに待たされてお腹も空いて０歳２歳はすでに大泣き。とんだこどもの日でごめん。 待つこと40分。ようやく受け取り。

こどもの日に混むのなんて誰が考えたってわかるんだから、シフト増やすなり事前に対策できるだろうよ。人手が足りないならテイクアウトも事前予約数一定量いったらオーダーストップすべき。そもそも受け取りに来た時点で、混み合っているのでお待ちいただきます、とか一言言うべき。何も言わないのに40分も待たせるのは信じられない。
