Kureshizuki — Restaurant in Saku

"Don't judge a book by it's cover." This sprang to mind when I was looking for somewhere to eat and came across this ramen shop. The facade is slightly off putting and looks a bit rundown but once inside, all is good.

I chose the shio chashu men, and as with previous comments in this thread, it was very good. Well presented with a slice of sweet potato, spring onions, a generous portion of succulent chashu, a delicious broth and properly cooked noodles. Al Dente. (Not too soft) The size of the serving was just right too. For lunch, they give you a free but tiny dessert. Staff are friendly and polite. Would definitely go again and try something different...

Really cool ramen joint with friendly and inviting staff, with a new twist on an old recipe. The salt ramen with charsiu was fantastic. ごま坦麺のパイタンを注文しました🍜 やはりくれしづきさんのラーメンは凄い。 濃厚な芝麻醤とピーナッツのコンビに極上の白湯スープと辣の辛味。絶妙なスパイスの組み合わせ。もう最高。 ご馳走さまでした。

2021年 つけ麺が食べたくて昼時にお邪魔しました。 駐車場はお店の向かいにあります。

つけ麺のスープは、塩白鶏、鶏塩、鶏醤油、醤油白鶏の4種の中から選びます。お値段はそれぞれ違います。 こってり系の醤油白鶏を注文。ガーリックチップの有無を聞かれたので有りにしていただきました。待つ事数分。具材たっぷりの夏らしいつけ麺が出てきました。自家製のピクルス、もやしナムル、焼豚、メンマ、ネギ、どれも本当に美味しい。年甲斐もなくなんかワクワクしてしまった。 スープはこってりですがくどさは無く、麺がスープをほどよく持ち上げてきます。 別椀も付いてくるので、テーブルにある柚子胡椒や豆板醤をスープで溶いていただきました。これもまた美味い。 食後にはひと口サイズの杏仁豆腐も出してくれる。つけ麺1杯でこんなに楽しめたのは初めて。 またお邪魔したいお店...
