絵都蘭世 — Restaurant in Sakurai

It's a place I want to bring my friends, family and acquaintances to.

Living in Japan as a foreigner I constantly feel reminded of how I am a foreigner, so I typically avoid places with any type of western theam, even to the slightest degree. However, even though the music is most often western music, specifically from the 50's~70's the food, atmosphere, and service supersede any isolating feeling that I usually experience when eating in small local establishments.

Furthermore I am not even a coffee or sweets person however the quality is so delightful with the coffee roasted inhouse and the handmade sweets having the perfect gentle sweetness I find myself treating myself from time to time.

lastly, being able to enjoy a high quality, delicious 和食 breakfast thats full of nutrition ensures I'll have a wonderful day. I'm so delighted to find such a convenient and affordable place I can regard as a sanctuary.

友人に美味しいコーヒーが飲める純喫茶が有ると聞いて、近鉄桜井駅南口からスグの喫茶店の「絵都蘭世」さんへ♪

お店は、近鉄桜井駅南口からスグのところに有って、テレビ番組で有名になったパン屋さんのマルツベーカリーさんの、ほん近くに有ります！

創業46年のお店は、所々に趣きの有る油絵が飾られていて、歴史を積み重ねて来た、昭和の古き良さを感じられる、ザ純喫茶という感じのお店です✨

明るくて楽しい研究熱心な店主のママさんが、ドリップで入れはるコーヒーは、本当に美味しくて、特にこの日いただいた、自家焙煎珈琲豆のエチオピアのモカゲイシャは、酸味や甘みがマイルドでスッキリした味わいなのに、深みが有って飲みやい非常に美味なコーヒーでした✨

またこの美味しいコーヒーと一緒にいただいた、ママさん手作りの、22雑穀入のホンマもんの大和の茶がゆは、これまたママさん自家製の漬けもんでいただくと、非常に優しくて美味しい茶がゆで、久々に美味しい茶がゆをいただくことが出来ました♪

店内には、ママさんが手作りされた、地元の今西酒造さんの非常に美味しい日本酒大吟醸の「みむろ杉」の酒粕を入れて、作らはったチョコ等も販売されていて、地域密着、地元では貴重な存在の純喫茶のお店、これからも永く続いてほしいお店です✨

また奈良や桜井方面を訪れる時は、必ず立ち寄って、美味しいコーヒーと茶がゆで、胃も心も癒やしたいと思います♪(^^)
