古民家の面影を残しつつ、シンプルながらもモダンと懐かしさを巧みに交錯させた内装が印象的なカフェです。近隣住民の憩いの場の一つにもなっており、ご夫婦と思われる2人のスタッフと世間話に興じるところをよく見かけます。とは言え、他の客への接客対応を蔑ろにする姿勢は見かけられず、一見さんにも気さくに話しかけたりしてくれます。 給仕されるドリンクは、コーヒーの他、お茶やジュース等多岐に渡ります。それは料理も同じで、サンドウィッチ、パフェ、トースト、カレーといった、一般的なメニューが揃っています。単にメニューが豊富というだけでなく、いずれの料理もドリンクも丁寧に拵えられており、味も確かです。店主であるマスターは珈琲の焙煎や淹れ方に長年の経験を持っており、雑味が無いのは勿論、際立った甘さや苦さも無い丁度良い濃さで、すっきりしてとても飲みやすかったです。 デザートの盛り付けにこだわりがあり、いくつかの季節限定のデザートについては目を見張るものがありますが、決して華美になり過ぎる盛り付けではありません。それもあってか、注文から給仕までやや時間を要することがありますが、店内の環境がゆったりしていますので、時間を気にすることなくのんびりくつろぎながらひと時を過ごすにはピッタリだと思います。

Not only is the menu extensive, but all of the dishes and drinks are carefully prepared and taste great. The owner, the master, has many years of experience in roasting and brewing coffee, and the coffee is not only free of any cloying taste, but also has just the right thickness without any pronounced sweetness or bitterness, making it refreshing and very easy to drink. The desserts are well presented and some of the seasonal desserts are spectacular, but they are not overly fancy. Perhaps because of this, it sometimes takes a little time from ordering to serving, but the cafe's relaxed environment is perfect for spending a leisurely and relaxing moment without worrying...

都会の喧騒から逃れ、安らぎを求めて奈良県桜井市を訪れました。知人のお勧めcafeへ、駅から徒歩4分と近くで静けさとレトロ感。お勧めの日替わりランチを頂きます。マスターとの会話が楽しかった。この店のコーヒーはマスターのこだわり。都会の有名cafeやホテルのラウンジでは味わえない絶品。いやされました。また、近いうちに訪れます。 海外からの旅行には、是非ともおすすめの隠れた観光スポットです。 再び訪れました。この店の雰囲気、地元のお客さんとも楽しく談笑できました。次のスケジュールが遅れる程の心地よい空間でした。都会の喧騒で疲弊した心を癒してくれました。さすがに神々の地のパワーでしょうか？不思議なひと時でした。
