We visited this restaurant after a long walk around Jozankei Onsen. It was already past 3pm when we emerged from the trail that leads to Futamitsuri Bridge, which is located near Grand Blissen Hotel. We were hungry and there was no restaurant nearby; Francais Cafe was the first one we saw upon walking out to the main road. As it was way past lunch time, most dishes were no longer available, thus our options were limited to either meat sauce spaghetti (pork cutlet optional) or napolitan. The maître d' was kind and friendly, and if you have nothing against pork cutlet then we suggest ordering the meat sauce spaghetti with cutlet for only JPY300 extra (JPY1100).
