白樺山荘 羊ヶ丘店 — Restaurant in Sapporo

○全般 「札幌ラーメン」というジャンルにおいて、有名店の１つ。 好みは各々異なるため、この口コミでは、ここ羊ヶ丘通店における「魅力」にフォーカスした口コミを書こうと思います。

○メニュー グランドメニューから店舗限定メニューまで、その時の気分で選びやすいラインナップ。 季節限定のメニューもあるため、いつでも楽しみにメニュー選びが可能 サイドメニューにおいては、チャーハンがハーフも選べるのが嬉しい。 餃子は王道として存在するが、白樺山荘では焼売が選択可能で個人的にオススメです。 持ち帰り限定で、肉まんもイイ！ ここの店舗限定ラーメンは「背脂豚中華そば」 醤油一択だが、チャーシューも４枚入り玉ねぎがいいアクセントでオススメ。 チャーハンは驚くほど柔らかいチャーシューがゴロゴロで必食メニュー。

○ファミリーユーザー目線 いわゆる有名店の多くは、カウンター席だけとか、子供向けメニューがなくてなんだかんだ高くつくという、子連れで入りづらいイメージがあるが、ボックス席も小上がりもあり、子供椅子もある。子供用のカトラリーも当然完備。 特筆すべきは、ラーメンを注文した方の子供（未就学児）はラーメンが「無料」である。

○駐車場 昼時はいつも混む。誘導が立つ場合もある。 夏場はだいたい１５台程度詰めて停めれるが、冬場は雪山により１０台程度まで狭くなる。 店舗から出庫する際も視界が悪いため注意が必要。 自信がない方は無理せず、横の出入り口（カフェ側）から住宅地を抜け、信号機のある交差点から羊ヶ丘通方向に合流するほうが安全

The fried rice is a must-try dish with surprisingly soft pork fillet.

In the summer, about 15 cars can be parked together, but in the winter, the space narrows to about 10 cars due to the snowy mountains. 札幌の有名観光地「羊ヶ丘展望台」が近いってこともあり、地元客はもとより観光客にも人気の店舗 ．

以前、札幌駅前のラーメン共和国で食べたときに美味しかったので、近くの店舗にも行ってみることにしました。

羊ヶ丘展望台や札幌ドームの近くで、場所は解りやすいです。

駐車場は１５台弱ぐらい止めれそうな感じだと思いますが、店の規模のわりには狭く、

何とか普通車が停めれる位の間隔で白線で区切られており、お昼の混雑時にBMWが駐車場から出るのに、かなり苦労してる様でしたので、狭い駐車場に慣れていない方や、幅の広いクルマで行かれる場合は、お昼の混雑時は避けた方がいいかも知れません。

今日は味噌チャーシュー・ライスを頼んでサービスのゆで卵を一個だけ頂いてみました。

麺の太さやちぢれ具合は個人的には好みです。

たまたま今日はそういう日だったのか、いつもそうなのかは解りませんが、

スープは『あっさりしている』『自然な味わい』と書けば聞こえは良いですが、

コクや甘味はなく出汁の旨味も薄過ぎ、

息子が頼んだ塩チャーシューも少し味見してみましたが、

いずれも一般的な味のスープをお湯で割ったような感じの味がしました。

僕の舌の調子が悪かったのかと思い、同行した妻子に訊いてみましたが、やはり同じ意見でした。

食べ物の好みは人それぞれなので、個人的に感じたままを正直に書かせて頂けるならば、

ラーメン共和国で食べたときとは違い、お世辞にも美味しいとは感じられず、

お店のスタッフの方々の笑顔や雰囲気の良さが非常に好印象なだけに、残念な気持ちです。

スタッフの方々の好印象だけで星五つ差し上げたい位なのですが…

やはり飲食業界は何より味が勝負、ラーメン屋はスープが勝負なので、頑張って星...
