A delicious Sapporo miso ramen spot! Today, I had the “Sumire Miso” ramen. It was rich, full of depth, and incredibly flavorful. It was packed with an equal amount of bean sprouts and noodles, making it super filling. My wife had the “Sumire Shoyu” ramen. It had a deep, slightly charred soy sauce flavor and was really tasty. It also had a lot of bean sprouts, so she said next time she’d order it with fewer. We also ordered one fried rice to share. The portion was huge and very satisfying. Even the regular size felt like a large!

Very delicious ramen with great atmosphere. I had paitan shoyu ramen, my wife the Sumire-Miso Ramen and we had Gyoza on the side. Apparently, this place is famous for its Misoramen and, even though it was very, very good, the shoyu ramen definitely stole the show! Restassured, you won't be disappointed, regardless of your choice!

さぁ行ってきましたこちらも人気店「ふしみ」さんちょうど夕飯の時間帯に、お邪魔させていただきました。市電を降りてから少し歩くんですが、なんと一回通り過ぎてしまいました。お店が元ガソリンスタンド? なのでしょう。照明からして、店舗だとは..... ではカウンターに座らせていただきます。このカウンターの高さ、イスとのバランスが最高ですね。最初から決めていた、お店オリジナルのパイタン塩ラーメン注文です。時間的にもそんなに混んでいなかったためか、とても提供が早くてびっくりしました。これは美味しそうですね! 湯気と供にとても良い香りもしてきます。どんぶりも直径が大きく、量的にもお腹いっぱいになりそうです。さてまずはやはりスープです。あっさり目という説明ですが、とても優しい味わいのコクが口の中に広がります。ついつい二杯三杯と飲んでしまいますね。さて麺は黄色い太麺に寄った中太ストレート麺。これも美味しそうです。噛んだ感じもいい具合で箸がどんどん進みます。チャーシューも厚みがあって味も染みていて。さらに嬉しいのは、もやしが入ってるんですね〜! 知らなかったんですが塩に野菜って最高ですよね。ただ、この太さの麺はスープの「はねとび」に注意しないとダメなんですよね。分かっていたのに服にハネ飛んじゃいました... あっという間に完食です。スープもレンゲですくえるだけ飲んじゃいました。いや美味しかったです。今度は是非、醤油にもチャレンジしたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
