Milk & Parfait White Cosy — Restaurant in Sapporo

Extremely rude staff. Unwilling to help a traveler. All I needed was a charger and they told me to get out. I just got out of the airport so of course I have money to order. I even tried telling them I was diabetic and couldn’t order from their menu and they still insisted. I was on 5% and just needed to get to 25%. They have two iPads up front with 100% charging and the same charger I have. I had one with me, it was just inconvenient to get it out of my luggage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RUDE PEOPLE RUDE TO TRAVELERS.

WORST PANCAKES EVER. NOT FOR WESTERN MONEY TO BUY… instead of syrup there’s some beet spread.

DONT PATRONIZE!!! They have only a 4.2 for a reason.

I guess railway rent will make people rude to customers. A distressed traveler is always to be helped. Especially when they’re respectful.

Creates a bad image for the city/area. You loose nothing by being kind.

Life-changing. There are a lot of parfait shops in Japan but I have never been to one quite like this one. The Yotsuba cream (all white) and the berries one were both exquisite. The ice cream is rich, but not cloying; the cream is delicious. Although we ordered a parfait per person (and I’m so happy we got to try both flavors), one is large enough to share if you don’t have a super sweet tooth. They all cost about 1000 yen for the regular size, so overall not an expensive place. Phenomenal restaurant , this place sell mostly desserts but they do serve some meal also . I came here when they have the special limited time scallops pasta meal and it's was phenomenal, much better than 2 stars Michelin restaurants I ate in Hong Kong . The aroma of the fresh scallops with some seaweed is just so amazing, then corn soup with dried corn was also outstanding, the milk that they serve is how milk should taste like , creamy and delicious just like how milk was taste like when I was a kid , this place is a hidden germ , a must eat...
