スタッフ教育が控えめに言って最悪な店です。外国人のスタッフたちが板前や甚平風の制服をコスプレ感覚で着て日本食を提供している店です。

出来上がってるラーメンを『 レンゲがまだ用意出来てなかったから』という理由で放置されました。

新幹線の時間もあって早めに〆のラーメンを注文。 2階席は客よりも上の位置にある厨房が見えます。板前風の制服を着た外国人男性2人。早めに頼んだラーメンまだかなと思い厨房を見上げると麺あげしてるのが見えたので待っていたら来ず、他の席のか、と。数分してまた厨房を見上げると調理場のスタッフが調理場から出て楽しそうにおしゃべり。 あれあれ？とそこでフロアの外人女性スタッフを呼び、ラーメンのオーダー入ってますか？と。 すると女性は男性2人の方へ近くの棚をバン！と叩きながら向かい、その旨伝えた様子。 男性2人は笑いながら『 いっけね〜』と言わんばかりに小走りで厨房へ。今から作るなら時間の関係で断ろうと思っていたら。

出来上がったラーメンが来ました。

やっぱり数分前に麺あげしてたのはこちらのラーメン。 すかさず持ってきた女性に 『 こ、これ、ずっと厨房にありましたよ？？』 女性『レンゲが用意できてなかったので！』 『 店長呼んでください』 女性『下にいます！』

店長が来て謝罪。厨房から降りてきてスタッフも謝れや。 急いで麺が伸びたラーメンを食べて帰ろうとした時、厨房スタッフがいて、文句を言った先頭の私にはなにもなく、後ろから来ていた連れたちに『先程はすみませんでしたー...
