I’ve given 5 stars as this was really good ramen. In the picture the soup looks dark but it is not too salty - it is perfect. Quality of the chashew pork was great as well. I do have some advice for the owners. The ramen was great and the staff were cheerful and friendly. I suggest improving the interior of the shop to match the great food and staff. There were cardboard boxes everywhere, frames that were hanging on the wall were not straight and the music was terrible.

Some of the best noodles I've ever had in my life. They are hand made at the restaurant and every bowl is fresh. The taste is amazing and unique and thinking about it is making me hungry writing the review. This place is a must eat when in Sendai. Service is also amazing. I will go back again.

２０２４年６月訪問【スパイシーつけ麵】 訪れたのはとある平日、夜。 場所は仙台市青葉区。仙台市中心部から少し北。 運転に気を使います。 店前の駐車場は3台？ その駐車場は当てにしないのが賢明です。 周りを見渡して下さい。 到着は18:20頃。 先客は6名。 18:50頃退店、後客3名。 平日の夜はそこまで忙しなくなかった。 座席はカウンター席10、テーブル席2x2。 券売機で食券購入。 お冷はセルフ。 席にグラスとピッチャー有り。 スタッフは、男性店主とホール担当の若い女の子の二人。 ● 特製つけ麺　　１２５０円 特製は、メンマ・チャーシューが増量、味玉・海苔がトッピングされる。 麺量を 200g or 300g で選ぶことが出来ます。当然 300g をチョイス。 麺は太目の平打ちストレート麵。ガチの平打ちっす。 厨房の横が製麺室？麺の様相が非常に綺麗です。 ツルツル＆モチモチ食感。クセの無い味わいでつけダレを引き立てる。 長い麺が綺麗に折りたたまれて鎮座しており、引っ張り出すのが結構大変ではあった。 つけダレ テイストは南蛮漬けのタレのような雰囲気って言えばいいのかな～？ 酸味はしっかりではなくほんのり効いた感じ。 ちょい辛。 スパイシーな香りで、北海道の人気つけ麺店のつけダレを想起した。 さらっとした質感だが、オイルが入っているのかこってり感を演出。 味わいしっかりめ。麺300gということもあってか、中だるみした瞬間もあったが、 何となく親しみ・懐かしみのある味わいで、結局飽きずに食べてしまうのだ。 このつけダレで炒め物を作ったら美味しいそう。タレ買いたいっすね。 トッピング つけダレの中に、麺の上に載っているチャーシューと穂先メンマと同じものが１つずつ入ってます。 チャーシューは臭み無し、嚙み応えしっかりの肉質。味付けを控えめ。 海苔、風味しっかり、中身が詰まっている。 味玉、程々に味付けがされている。 最近よく見かける“昆布水”つけ麺、その他のメニューも非常に気になるお店でした。
