French inspired multi-course dining in a rustic, somewhat laidback atmosphere. I was a solo diner coming on a whim so I made a last minute lunch reservation. I’d love to come back for dinner next time. The service was very attentive and the food was wonderfully plated. The dining room is small but one of the brightest and most comfortable I’ve experienced in Japan. I was trying to decide between miura, Nacree, and Graal, and found the menu and price point here to suit me best, but I do think Nacree and Graal are slightly more upscale and intense. I don’t give 5 stars lightly but lunch was phenomenal. Salad was thoughtful with a variety of textures, a luxurious soup, quality baguette, mains cooked with good sauce pairings, and the dessert of was the best with a perfect salty sweet ice cream and tart combo at just the right level of richness. 狭い店内ではありますが こじんまりとして 素敵な雰囲気かもしだす 店内です おしゃれです

料理は一番高いディナーで 奮発しました。 車なんでワイン飲めない のが残念でした

初めにかぼちゃのムース

このかぼちゃの裏ごしが どうやったら？思うほど なめらかな舌触り かぼちゃの素材の味を 満喫できます

魚介たくさんはいった 野菜とのナムル 盛り付け方が感動 崩していくと計算されたかのような丁寧な盛り付け さわらはやわらかく フワフワでさわらて こんなに うまいのか！

アワビとホタテのソテー 柔らかくて柔らかくて

イチボとランプ肉 食べ比べ どちらもやわらかく とけます

すべての料理のソースが とにかくうまくて 温かい皿、冷たい皿 料理にあわせて出される 感動

デザートのシャーベットも なめらかな舌触りに 酸味がまたいい

ケーキもさっぱりして うまいとしかいえない

珈琲か紅茶が選べます クッキーがつきますが 食べれない方に配慮してか 箱に入ってきます

料理だすタイミング、 接客もスマートで 完璧です

言葉がたりなく申し訳ない ですがただうまい、感動 しっぱなしでした
