We visited this store after the wonderful parade yesterday . Their food market was amazing. The Visitor information counter had lots of useful information in English . My husband realised he’d lost his prescription sunglasses soon after we left the store . The very helpful kind women at the visitor information counter contacted lost properly and another kind woman returned them within a few minutes. It was such a relief ! Thank you to the staff involved ....

It's a place for expensive brands, therefore everybody is super super kind. But this fake kindness brings disgust in me. Staff older than you keep bowing to you. One apology after the other, they talk high pitched voice as if they're begging for their lives... seriously just drop it off. Bcs of this feeling, I won't visit there again....
