This grilled beef tongue restaurant has been open since 1972, and both the elderly couple still stand behind the counter grilling. The space is small and cozy—it was our family’s wonderful discovery after a long day in Sendai.

Googleマップのレビューにて凄く人気店との事で行列が出来る程に！って書いてあったので今まで食べて来た牛タン専門店ではなく、今回はこちらのお店「一隆さん亅に来店(-ω☆)ｷﾗﾘ 味噌カツ、テールスープがメインなのか表向きの看板にそう書いてある……… まずは家族揃って一番乗りに来店したくて早めの行動を取り１０時４５分頃だったかな❓寒空の中、まずは玄関前に並ぶ！ １１時を過ぎると、やはりコメント通りに人が来て列を作り開店時間帯には１５人ぐらい居る！ なので、その間は表のメニューを見ながら食べる物を決めるのが相応しい❗ タン元、タン中と各２切れずつと赤身タン４枚入った人気の半々定食を３人分と味噌カツ定食を注文❗ 待つ事５分ぐらいかな〜❓ 次々と段取り良くテーブルに並ぶ並ぶ(⁠⑉⁠⊙⁠ȏ⁠⊙⁠)早っ！素晴らしい仕込みぶりの賜物ですヾ⁠(⁠*⁠’⁠Ｏ⁠’⁠*⁠)⁠/ 味噌カツの味噌の味わいは添えてある辛子を付けて食べるとまろやかになり口の中でベストマッチに仕上がる(-ω☆)ｷﾗﾘ 個人的に牛タンはもっと軽くサッと焼いただけの方が良いかな？と家内とも話ながらも、まずはその肝心な味は旨いのなんの(⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠)♫家内も麦飯のおかわりを貰う程に テールスープも評判通りv(´∀｀*v) もっと素晴らしいのは、お店の方々の接客である❗別け隔て無く、ある意味で人を見ない一定の接客対応はあったかさは勿論、穏やかな人間性までもが素直に感じられる💯 若いカップルのお客さん達にまで声を掛け、年末の挨拶も忘れない人情ぶりにも💯 自分等も帰り際気を使って頂きながらも心地良さも一緒に持ち帰り店を出る際、玄関には２０人ぐらいと列が並んでるではないか(⁠゜⁠o⁠゜⁠;⁠ﾉ⁠凄いな〜やっぱ早く来て正解✨ 最後まで気持ち良く食事が出来きた当たり前さと、名物を食べる醍醐味は家族揃って食べた美味しい牛タン物語のChristmasの良い思い出となりました✨ 次回も是非来たいです(⁠っ⁠˘⁠з⁠(⁠˘⁠⌣⁠˘⁠ ⁠) ２０２３.１２.２５(月)にて

Extremely friendly staff as a foreigner. Its almost worth going here just for that! But of course the food is the most important and this too is of top quality. Succulent, well seasoned meat that leaves you wanting more. I Highly recommend this place!

I was recommended to go here, by the people at the guest house I am staying at, and I'm so glad I did! the service is quick, the owner's are so friendly and the food is to die for! I recommend sticking with the simple Gyutan(beef tongue) combination. The beef tongue is both soft and chewy and so full of flavor. It also came with a side of pickled cabbage and a little jalepeno (or some other chili) mashed a bit into a paste which added a nice spice to the meal. Very affordable at 1700 yen for the largest combination platter, and you won't find any better Gyotan...

I'm not sure what's in the sauce for the pork but I loved it. Sweet but not too sweet. The tongue was also very delicious. Juicy and good texture. The soup that comes with the set was also perfect. A perfect balance. The chef and his family that work this restaurant are all friendly and I really enjoyed talking with them. Their hospitality makes the meal even...
