From appetizers to meat and fish dishes, pasta and pizza, the cafe offers unique dishes using local ingredients from all over the Tohoku region. This cafe has started offering Muslim-friendly menus from 2020 as part of the Miyagi Prefecture Halal Food Development Project. Now the cafe offers not only halal menu but also vegan friendly menu. I went to a cafe the other day and ate halal gorogoro mutton curry (The cafe use halal certified mutton), vegan friendly ratatouille with sendai aburafu, and vegan cream pasta with avocado and dried tomatoes.
