Intimate French restaurant.

All the seats are counter seats, facing the kitchen.

Food is well-paced, nicely plated, and most importantly delicious.

The chef and server were very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them after the meal.

The lunch course consists of an amuse bouche, appetizer plate, soup, entrée, fresh bread, and dessert with coffee or tea.

You have your choice of entrée, from pork, chicken, fish, etc. For a supplemental charge there's a wider range of selections such as duck breast, lamb, beef, or foie gras.

I'm looking forward to trying different items and seeing the menu change through the seasons. Will definitely be...

アイテムなどで過度なフランスイメージで飾らない本格的なフランス料理店。

黙々と手際よく料理を出すスマートさが素敵✨

旬な食材をボードに書かれてるので行った時のお楽しみ探しも楽しい。

パンは自家製で常に切らさないようにされていてランチにも出されるが、夜の3種のパンと4種のチーズそしてワインの飲み比べ食べ比べも楽しい。パンは3種２回転してしまった🤣。

多くのメニューを取り揃えてるのに何を注文しても手早く出される。（写真ボード参照）

厨房はフルオープンで動線やら厨房配置、動きが視れて、さながら料理ショーのようである。

清潔感もハンパなく、手が空くとさりげなく厨房機器を踊るように静かに掃除。ドコを見てもピカピカである。

もちろん料理も盛り付けも上質で味も美しい。（写真参照）

そして何よりリーズナブルだ😱 超一流店を渡り歩いてきた凄腕料理人だとのに信じられない価格設定(((...
