We ordered chicken liver pâté with toast—the bread was perfectly crisped, and the liver was silky smooth with zero bitterness. My pan-seared pork cutlet was rich in fat, incredibly tender and juicy, cooked to a doneness that resembled a medium-rare steak. Spot-on execution.
