After your visit at Sessha, I highly recommend a visit to this take out only sushi shop. They sell only two kinds of local specialties. Cured salmon or mackerel sushi wrapped with persimmon leaves. The leaves partake a gentle aroma to the rice. They actually recommended us to save some of our sushi next day as the persimmon aroma would only become more apparent. They speak English and are very helpful too with what to see in the area.
