I ordered this pudding not thinking much about it because I've had a lot of Japanese pudding and most of them just taste sugary. But this is one of the most delicious puddings I've ever had. It comes in small little glass jars which look cute. The shop itself looks like one of those gassho. houses. I went on a weekday but it was still crowded. You can't eat inside so you can either have it on the go or you can sit outside where they have kept a bench and eat it there. The staff was very polite, and I got a matcha flavour one and a transparent one. I took it on the go and sat by the lake to eat it. I just enjoyed the overall Vibe of it and I took the glass jar home. It's such a cute little jar. I feel that it is completely worth the price. And next time when I go to shirakawa go I will definitely stop by this shop and order more puddings. 5/5 totally recommended to anyone who's into...

This pudding shop in Shirakawa-go is one of the village’s most popular spots, and it’s easy to see why. The shop is famous for its rich, creamy puddings, which have become a must-try treat for visitors. You’ll often find a long queue in front of the store, especially on weekends and holidays, as both locals and tourists line up to get a taste.

The pudding itself is silky smooth, with a luxuriously rich flavor that perfectly balances sweetness and creaminess. It’s made with high-quality local ingredients, giving it a distinct freshness and depth that sets it apart from regular convenience-store desserts. Each spoonful melts in your mouth — simple, yet incredibly satisfying.

Despite the wait, it’s well worth queuing for, especially if you enjoy classic...

Fantastic pudding served šŸ®in winter ā„ļø It’s a popular dessert shop in Shirakawago. we went here immediately after we got to Shirawakago and queued up for 5 minutes. We finally decided to try three different flavours of the pudding. The richness of Matcha pudding, Custard pudding served with caramel, Jelly with original pudding amazed me. The soft and creamy texture of pudding is so good. Definitely recommend to the tourists who want to enjoy delicious dessert. From the menu of the shop, there are total 6 different flavours of pudding (depending on the seasonal receipt), three different flavours ice cream and some baked goods. The shop provides some box to collect the container of pudding and...
