We, a couple, ordered two ramens, the salt ramen and the one with sardines base soup. Based on our personal likings, we would rank the elements of the ramen as follows. Soups - 9/10 good flavors, balanced, nothing very different. Noodles - 9/10 in one of the bowls the noodles were a bit more soft than we like, in the other it was firm as we like. The flavor of the noodles is good. It would be nice to have the option of thick noodles. Pork slices- 10/10 The pork is rare and not very fatty. Toppings - 1/10 There is no option of adding egg and no vegetable inside the soup, apart from two small pieces of bamboo shoots. For us, this compromised the quality of the meal.
