I had the pizza 4 cheese with honey, really good! Portions aren’t very large, but it included both a salad and gelato. The homemade ginger ale was really good! They spoke good English and were very nice and helpful. Will definitely return next time I’m ln Hirayu Onsen.

Small restuarant with limited seats. Recommended to make reservations. Everything we ordered was nice! Especially the pork steak. Japanese pear sorbet was a nice end to our meal.

The staff at the front desk taking the orders was rude and disrespectful to us for no reason. Which really created a negative energy for us and made us uncomfortable. Besides that, we found the pizza’s and ice cream good. The staff who brought the food to our table were very welcoming and nice.

One of the staff made our visit a rather unpleasant. Not sure it it because it near closing time (we came at 7pm and they close at 8pm), the server who attend to us was rather unfriendly (no smile and no thank you) and impatient. There was no sugar available for our coffee when we ask for it, was given brown sugar syrup instead which does not go well with the hot coffee and stirrer was not given too. So overall...
