Noble — Restaurant in Teshikaga

My family and I are currently travelling in east Hokkaido and having problems finding dinner places in small towns. Thank God Noble is open and offers simple and tasty foods that we want. We ordered vegetable curry, pork curry, pork cutlet curry and hamburger rice with salad. Every dish is fresh and satisfactory. I especially like my hamburger rice and salad, cooked to perfect! This is a place that much beyond my expectation. Firstly, the owner speaks some English and very helpful. He managed to help me book a taxi and checked many rounds of information for me to tour around, which is not his responsibility in the first place. Secondly, the food taste and coffee are AMAZING! 初めて川湯温泉へ宿泊。 素泊まりにしたので、夕食を食べられるお店を探していて行ってみたいと思い訪れた喫茶店。

宿泊しているホテルからもアクセスが良く、雨の中でしたが移動が苦になる距離ではありませんでした。

マスターがお一人で切り盛りされていましたが、待ち時間も長くなく、料理の提供順も子供たちのものから先にしてくださったりと配慮してくださっていました。 （来店時間が早かったからか他にお客様は居ない状況でした。） 他の方の口コミで気になっていたガレットもいただいてみましたが、生地はモチモチ、周りは少しサクサクしていて、中は野菜がふんだんに使われていて、チーズとのバランスも良く、今まで食べた中では一番の美味しさでした！

ガレットだけでなく、パスタやカレーも美味しかったです。 摩周ハイボールもいただいてみましたが、爽やかなテイストで飲みやすかったです。
