My Japanese friend told me that if I ever come to Toba, I must try the oysters. On the way to the aquarium, I saw a row of small local restaurants run by families, and it made me want to stop and give one a try.

I ordered oysters and some local sake, and they paired surprisingly well—just like wine with oysters. It was so good that I completely forgot about everything else. They also had fresh abalone, and at first I hesitated because it was my first time trying it. But the moment I tasted it, it was unexpectedly sweet and delicious. I was so happy I decided to be brave and go for it.

概要：店内愛犬同伴可能な鳥羽市の焼き貝専門店。地元で獲れた様々な美味しい貝類を、愛犬同伴で食べることができます。

焼き貝いろはは、三重県鳥羽市の鳥羽駅前にある焼き貝専門店です。メニューはほぼ焼き貝に全振りされており、それ以外のメニューは少ないです。その代わり、程よい焼き加減で提供された地元の貝類はとても美味しく、貝好きにはとてもおすすめできるお店です。

愛犬同伴については、あらかじめ予約が必要です。予約していれば、店内で愛犬と飲食が可能です。店内の隅のテーブルが愛犬同伴席となっているようなので、予定が決まりましたら速やかに席の空き状況をご確認ください。

今回注文した貝は、牡蠣（生、焼）、ひおき貝、はまぐりです。前述のとおり、焼き貝料理がメインで、それ以外の料理は少ない印象でした。しかし焼き貝は丁度良い焼き加減で提供されることもあり、滋味豊かで味が濃く、とても美味しくいただくことができました。このまま焼き貝だけを永遠に食べ続けていても良いのでは、という錯覚を感じるくらいなので、貝好きの方はもちろん、そうでない方にもおすすめできるお店です。なお貝類以外にも、イカソーメンや〆の伊勢うどん、クーポン利用でいただいたシラスも、いずれもかなり美味しいものでした。
