鳥羽市に位置する天びん屋 本店に伺いました。こちらは、地元の新鮮な魚介類とこだわりの肉料理を楽しめる海鮮居酒屋です。

まず、おすすめの刺身の盛り合わせは、新鮮さが際立ち、一口ごとに海の恵みを感じることができます。地元漁港から直送される魚は、どれも美味しさが濃厚で、食べるたびに満足感が広がります。焼き魚や煮魚も、素材の良さが活かされており、シンプルながら深い味わいが特徴です。

また、特におすすめしたいのがカニクリームコロッケです。外はサクサクとした食感で、中からは濃厚でクリーミーなカニの旨味が広がり、非常に美味しい一品です。さらに、肉料理では、松坂牛のステーキが絶品で、ジューシーでとても柔らかく、贅沢なひとときを提供してくれます。

この日は伊勢海老が売り切れてしまっていたのが残念でしたが、他の魚介類や肉料理も十分に楽しむことができました。
