Flight of dreams is really made of dreams. I don't know of any other place where you can eat a hot bowl of ramen while sitting next to a Boeing 787. Among the many food stalls here, Fujiyamago had the longest line so it must be good. We ordered Seattle Style Jiro Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen and Chicken Karaage. Serving size was big specially the Jiro Ramen. The soup base of the Jiro Ramen was clear but super fatty in my opinion. Also, I found the ingredients were not balanced since half the noodles were bean sprouts. I finished the meat slices but not the whole bowl. This is my 1st time to try one of Nagoya specialities noodle dish called “Mazesoba” (aka Taiwan mazesoba). The soup-less version of ramen. Noodle taste chewy and absorb the little sauce mix pretty well similar texture of Tsukemen. Opt to pay ¥120 extra for bigger noodle portion.
