ジョナサン 上石神井店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

Long time since I've visited a Jonathan's and it looks like a complicated review... Easy to start with the size of this one, which is probably larger than average, perhaps 100 seats. I can only see about 20 from where I am. Feels much more computerized and computer-friendly than I remember it. Even a delivery robot taking the orders to the tables. Only trick with the Wi-Fi was guessing that SK has something to do with the owning company, Skylark. It's the 'Free at SK Group' connection for Jonathan's. There is also charging available at all the seats I can see. Plus the order pagers have been replaced with tablets. That's where I ran into the problem getting a cup of coffee. I tried the English menus and was apparently blocked from getting coffee without a meal, though it wasn't too difficult once I went back to Japanese. But then it told me to wait? For self-service coffee? I wound up asking a waitress who checked my tablet and said 'Yep, you've ordered and you can go help yourself to the coffee.'

That actually meant the drink bar and later I couldn't resist a cup of delicious kiwi fruit juice, too. Coffee as expected, even though they are fancy machines. Never did find a straw. Notwithstanding the order confusion, I'm feeling generous with a strong four-star rating. (I normally prefer to rate Johnathan's on breakfast, but no such...

平日はランチタイムを過ぎた時間帯は比較的空いているので、まったりと寛げます。

料理を運んでくれるネコちゃんロボットが愛らしい！！！

僕のジョナサンの思い出は今から３０年近く前に当時、居酒屋で働いていて終わるのが午前０時頃で仕事仲間何人かと暇を持て余していた時にはよく···· 「今日、ジョナる？」 いわゆるジョナサンで食事して、しゃべらない？という誘いの言葉なんですけどあの頃は、すかいらーくからジョナサンに店舗転換している頃で今では当たり前のドリンクバーが衝撃的でホットコーヒーのおかわり自由というシステムは他のファミレスでもやっていたけど好きなドリンクが飲み放題なんて凄くて何度もおかわりして朝まで、くだらない話しをして盛り上がって楽しかった事は良き思い出でスマホという武器を持たない時代だったからこそ話題は尽きることがなかった深夜のジョナサンの過ごし方でした·····

そして、時間が経つのも忘れ気づけば太陽が昇っていて眩しい朝日は若い頃にしか見えない希望という光りだったかもしれません

くだらない話もしたけれど、お互いの夢も語り合った事もあったよななぁ！

そんな事を思い出しながら語りあった 仲間のひとりは今は僕の心の中で生きてます····

みなさんも今日は何気なく食事しに来たかもしれませんが何年後、何十年後かにひょっとしたら何かの「きっかけ」の思い出になってる...

2人席に案内されて 普通にセットを頼んだのですが机が小さすぎて料理が置けたは置けたけどぎゅうぎゅうで（メイン2つ　ご飯2つ） 席変わりますか？後でお持ちしますか？ 何も気遣いが無く正直最悪 ここのジョナサンは結構来てるけどお昼は来ないほうがいい。来るなら夕方がいい。夕方の人は気遣いいいし、愛想いいから。昼は本当に来ないほうがいい お皿は30分以上たってるのに下げないし。昼は皆仕事やってるフリをしてるのかね。ランチタイムは忙しいかもしれない。忙しくてもやらなきゃいけない事はやるべきでしょ。それが仕事でお金もらってるんだから。私は10代だけど最近の人って仕事に責任感ないのね。私もスタバでアルバイトしてるけどこんな仕事にル...
