A cute museum in a residential area that display the art work of Chiriro and was once her home. The closest station is IOGI, on Seibu -Shinjuku line. It is closed during winter from November to February. Chiriro, a japanese female children biok illustrator, used watercolor technique to bring her illustration to life. I must say that everything there is so cute. Bring back childhood memories. The museum is very pleasing to the eyes though it lacks of English narratives. The exibhition about WWII is shocking knowing that she survived the war and interesting how this molded her life.
