Yuzu shio ramen was tasty, but by the time you are done all you can taste is yuzu. Chashu pork had a hard rubber texture - the opposite of what you want in ramen. Chashu bowl was ok. It is 2021, why order using a well designed touch screen system only to print out a bunch of small papers to hand over to the staff? Even with this silly system, service was a bit confused with wrong items delivered, some super late. Again, not bad ramen overall, but 1,500 yen for a ramen/chashu set is way too much unless...

Not So Good-- The rainbow ramen is the most expensive thing on the menu. For lunch on a Saturday, we had to wait about 30 minutes before we were finally given a table. The four of us ordered the rainbow ramen, but as we were waiting to be seated, the staff came to tell us they only had three servings of it available. The yuzu noodles are what the venue is known for. These are great.
For the initiated, I recommend the spicy yuzu noodles. This noodle, in my opinion, is best tasting in the winter.
The pork bowl is really rich. I had it in the past. Best for carnivores with an appetite. I felt full after a few bites… they were great!
The staff are very courteous and attentive.
