Honestly, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and the view from the outside tables (reservation only) is lovely. Their beer selection covers all the bases, and prices are fair. But the food was mostly a miss. Pictured below is a "Caesar salad", which was not romaine, or even iceburg lettuce, but was chopped cabbage . It also had dried cranberries in it, which did not belong there at all, and it was drowned in dressing from a bottle. I think they can do better than that. They also WAY over-salted the frites. I watched the staff making other batches, and she shook that salt shaker for way too long. My friend's "Chicago pizza" was, quite honestly, not much like the Chicago pizza in Chicago, though he did say he enjoyed it. All in all, I'd go back for the beer and the view, but I'd eat...

Friendly staff. Self-service water and ordering. Features a variety of international drinks (more Europeans). Possibly due to the pandemic, some options are not available - if it’s not on the e-menu, it’s not available. Order through Line App scanned from QR code. The restaurant is right next to the waterfall and water, so it feels nice and fresh in the summer. The food was decent. The deep dish pizza was good. The only point off was I had fantastic deep dish pizza in Chicago and something was not quite there. Generally a good experience. Not easy to find a good Chicago style in Japan. 食事はとても美味しく、週替わりランチもセンスがよい内容が多いです。その週替わりランチの内容によってはかなりボリュームが少ない時がありますので、どちらかというと女性向きかもしれません。

食事の内容だけでしたら個人的には★★★★★なのですが、どうしても納得いかない事が一点…

こちらのお店はららぽーとでクレジットカードを作ると、それを提示するだけで平日のみ10%オフになるのですが、私が把握する限り3名の店員の内2名はそのカードを提示しても通常料金でレジを打とうとします。毎回なので意図的にとしか思えません。

なので私はカードを提示して「平日割引サービスをお願いします」とはっきりこちらから言うようにしてました。

以前クレジットカードで支払いを済ませた後に通常料金で請求されていたのに気付いた事があって、店員に指摘し訂正をしてもらったのですが、最初の間違った金額の請求の訂正がマイナス処理されてなく逆にプラス処理、つまり三重請求されたことに後からレシートを見て気付きました。

翌日店に行ったらその店員はいなかったので別の店員さんにレシートを見せてマイナス処理をしてもらいました。その店員さんはしっかり謝罪されていましたが、前日三重処理をしたT中という店員はこちらから請求金額の間違いを指摘した際も一切謝罪の言葉も無く、とても嫌な気分になりました。

さらに別の女性店員も要注意です。 ららぽで作るセゾンのクレジットカードは提示するだけで上記の割引サービスが使えるので、支払いは現金でも別のクレジットカードでも良いのですが、ある日の支払いの際に「支払いもセゾンのカードじゃないと割引サービスはダメです」と言われました。

ただこの女性店員は以前何度も別のカード支払いでも割引を対応しており、その事を話したら「では今回は割引します」と言われました。

この対応に納得いかなかったのでその足でららぽーとのカードカウンターに行き事情を説明したところ、やはり支払いは別のカードでも割引は適応になる、とのことでした。なぜあの店員はこんな嘘をつくのか理解できません。

その後店には全く行かなくなりました。 食事は美味しいだけに本当に残念です。 そんなに割引したくないなら初めから対応しなければ...
