The service was very slow; I was never asked if I wanted a refill of my beverage; and the portions were terribly small as well, which is why I have to rate this two stars. The food was delicious I must be honest, however the combination of high price, long wait time and tiny portions was just obscene. The pizza couldn't have been any larger the diameter of my single hand and it was floppy which was disappointing since it took so long to get. The place needs a few extra staff. Then maybe things would definitely be up and running in a timely manner. There is a lot of potential, but currently it's not going to be good if they don't upgrade their amount of workers. During a brief return to Japan, I visited a hospital near Komazawa University and had lunch at BROOKLYN RIBBON FRIES afterward. Even on a weekday, there was a short wait for a table. As the weather was pleasant, I chose to sit on the terrace.

I ordered the avocado burger lunch set and coffee. The meal came with the restaurant's signature ribbon fries. It’s a lot. The burger was so filling that I ended up taking the fries home.

The place is nice, the staff is friendly. We brought our dog and they gave him water with ice to cool down.

They were attentive for the most part.

The reason for the 1 star is the food is horrible. It was expensive and it tasted horrible. The meat was dry, thick and bland. It tasted like it wasn’t seasoned at all. The sauce well there wasn’t any.

The fires were mid at best.

The only thing that was actually tasty was the ginger ale they make there.
