Fantastic lunch in Sakurashinmachi. I ordered their signature dish which consisted of Hire Katsu, Menchi Katsu stuffed with Camembert cheese, and Ebi. The lunch set comes with rice, miso soup, and pickled radish.

Starting of with the Hire Katsu, it was fantastic. The pork was extremely soft and the fried crust is not too oily. Eating this with just salt is already very good. The Menchi Katsu was also great. Very juicy and paired very well with the Camembert cheese. Ebi was a good mix to the combination. Perfectly fried and I finished the whole body.

I can really tell that the chef put a lot of effort into making the katsu. It really shows in the food. They also have a good selection of wine to pair with the katsu. Will definitely...
