cafe Felice — Restaurant in Tokyo

I am in complete shock. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant many times for a few years, even one of the waitresses knows who we are and has thanked us for coming many times. But after today I will NEVER go there again.

My husband asked the waitress serving us today what kind of meat was in the gratin. She said chicken. When it arrived it was ham (I don’t eat ham, which is why we confirmed with the waitress first before ordering). We explained what happened to another waitress, she was very polite and apologized. We ordered a pizza instead.

A few minutes later the chef came out. He got in my husband’s face, demanding to know what happened with the gratin and why we sent it back. He said the waitress that took our order did not say it was chicken. Basically, he called us liars (I am 100% sure the waitress said chicken. I think she was scared of the chef so she said told him she didn’t say it was chicken). He was very aggressive and rude. I couldn’t believe he could treat a customer like that.

We were stunned by his behavior and decided to leave right away after paying. Honestly, I felt a bit scared because I have never seen someone act like that, especially in Japan.

The chef came out with the pizza (I don’t understand why he came instead of the waitress) and he saw we were leaving. He started to follow us and was talking aggressively again! I told him he was very rude and we just wanted to pay and leave. He followed so closely behind my husband and continued to harass us. I think the chef is seriously mentally unwell.

I do not recommend this place, especially if you have a problem with your order. There’s a possibility the chef will get angry and harass you. This type of behavior is not acceptable and he should be fired for the safety of the customers. I will be following up this review with an email to the company, although I doubt it will...

以前一度訪れたことのある、めっちゃ雰囲気のいいお店でパスタランチ😍

ここが都内⁉️って思うくらい緑溢れたお店♡1階はカフェ利用、2階はランチ利用となっております。 とにかく外観からして雰囲気の良さがわかる♡そして一歩中に足を踏み入れると…ここは避暑地か！ってくらい突如現れる緑☘️いや、森🌲笑

こう言う雰囲気いいとこ女子はたまらなく好きだし、デートでもテンション上がる⤴️初見で男性にここ連れてこられたら「お主できるな？」って思います🤣

さてさてそんなこんなで頂いたランチ♡ AからCまでありましたが、今日は2人でAランチを友達とシェアして食べました♡

まず運ばれてきたお野菜は彩りが素敵😍シャキシャキ新鮮野菜に酸味のあるこのドレッシングが好き😍パンも一緒に頂けます♡

メインのパスタはモッツァレラ、フレッシュトマト、オクラはベーシックなオリーブオイル系パスタ。絶妙なアルデンテの茹で加減に野菜とチーズがオイルに馴染んで絶妙なバランス♡ もちっと食感のパスタが合ってます🤤

もう一つ小柱とキノコのトマトソースは程よい甘味と酸味のバランスに、こちらも茹で加減🙆‍♀️ソースがしっかりとパスタに絡んでうまぁ〜🍝

味もさることながら、やっぱり店内の雰囲気って大事🙆‍♀️何時間でも長居したくなるくらい穏やかな時間が流れています♡

木漏れ日が眩しく、蝉の音が聞こえ、他のお客さんたちの会話すら雑音ではなく音色に変えてしまいそうなくらい、自然を見つめてると優しい気持ちになれる☺️緑に囲まれながら頂くランチはやっぱり贅沢だし心が洗われますね🥺

私のポエマーではないんですけど🤣でもそうさせちゃうくらいたまらんのですよ😍この空気感♡ 平日のランチにもかかわらず、店内は満席になることも🙆‍♀️

デザートにさわやかなレモンシャーベットとコーヒーを頂いてお家に帰るのでした‼️
