Nice and fun super spacious cafe with some HP themed desserts and drinks. Stop here after the tour and got a Philosopher's Stone Tiramisu (which was quite nice, except the "Stone" it had a weird texture) and tea. The other menu items look cute and themed enough though and the decorations were like giant Chocolate Frogs boxes. This place is right next to the food hall so you can sit there too if you prefer Dining Hall rows of tables.

Awesome experience. Definitely worth stopping by if you are visiting Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo in Toshimaen. Great atmosphere with themed food and drinks. Just be warned that it is very crowded on weekends and it may take some time to get a seat. It will be much easier in the early morning, before the tour, or in the evening, afterwards. It’s a little pricey, but maybe slightly cheaper then Disney, for example.

This café is located at the entrance of the museum. Here, you can enjoy the iconic Hagrid's birthday cake as well as other delicious treats. You can enjoy this place before or after the tour, but my recommendation is to stop by after the tour, you'll want to sit down after all the walking!
