This cafe is in the middle of “The making of Harry Potter”, my sister and i were at the studio from 10am, only arrived here at 2pm, and still have lots of things we didn’t really looked into, so be aware, the whole studio is super fun and takes a lots of time!
When we arrived, of course we had to queue up to order our food. We ordered “Hufflepuff Plate (roasted chicken) with zero coke”, “Ravenclaw Plate (fish pie) with zero coke, and the “Hedwig cake” from the machine. They gave us our drinks and a number machine for the food.
My sister also wants to drink the butter beer, but they sell it outside at the “Butterbeer bar”, so she went to buy it. At the same i went to look for a seat for us, luckily i found a nice cosy booth at the corner!
It was quite crowded, so we waited for around 25 minutes until all of our food arrived. But that was ok, it was understandable and all of the staff were very nice and polite, they would also introduce the food when they bought the food over.
The “Hufflepuff Plate (roasted chicken)” was amazing, the salad was a bit small for me, but the chicken was big and super delicious with the special cheery sauce, i wish they can give me more sauce! The little plant there was actually mashed potatoes with some beans at the bottom, the little carrot on top was chewy mochi, both tasted very good. The bread with the olive oil was a bit disappointed, the bread was quite hard, dry and chewy, and it would be better if it was balsamic vinegar with olive oil, for me, just olive oil itself was a bit weird.
The “Ravenclaw Plate (fish pie)” was not bad, the rich sauce inside was tasty with the pastry puff, but not much seafood in it. The salad, bread with olive oil were the same as the “Hufflepuff Plate (roasted chicken)”. Compare to “Hufflepuff Plate (roasted chicken)”, it was a bit disappointed.
The “Hedwig cake”’s presentation was good and very cute, but inside were only a bit dry cake sponge with very thin banana slices, the cream tasted so-so. With this price, I expected better taste honestly.
The decorations in the cafe were beautiful, the service was good, and the food was overall good, my sister and I had an...
Read moreRead moreCafe was located at the mid-way of the tour so naturally it will be crowded. However the queueing system was not that efficient - a lot of the online order booth were not in use which would’ve speed up the lines. Perhaps a separate line for online & cashier order would be better. We ended up waiting for 30 mins just to order. Food will be delivered to your table but it took us 20 mins (we needed to ask the staff before our food came). Price was expected for a themed restaurant, portion was pretty good and taste was alright, but at that point we were already quite tired and hungry from the tour so having to wait nearly an hour for this didn’t really help. Presentation of the food were great though, each houses had their own menu and there were also some ala carte menu as well. Atmosphere and interior was pretty...
A charming café designed entirely around the world of Harry Potter — every detail stays true to the theme! The menu is creatively curated with drinks and desserts representing each Hogwarts House, plus seasonal limited-edition items that make each visit feel unique. The staff are very friendly, and the overall atmosphere really gives the feeling of being inside the Wizarding World, making it a perfect spot to recharge during the studio tour. In terms of taste, the food and drinks are decent but not outstanding, especially considering the slightly premium pricing. Still, the magical ambiance and fun themed presentation definitely make the experience enjoyable and memorable. A great place to rest, snack, and soak up more Harry Potter vibes before continuing...
