The gelato was average, however the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and rude. As no one was waiting to be served in front of the counter inside, I opened the door only to be told to wait, so I waited while looking at the gelato flavors in the ice cream case. Then she started complaining that opening the door in order to enter the shop would somehow make the gelato in the ice cream case melt, although the window of the shop was already open… Confused, since there was no one else waiting, I asked if she wanted me to wait outside, she said yes. If she wasn’t ready to serve and wanted me to wait outside, a simple ”Please wait outside.” would have been sufficient instead of all the passive...

Nice shop and a very kind owner. I tried 12 of their ice cream flavors, including yomogi (wormwood) flavor. Each of them tasted amazing. Super easy to eat, not to sweet, very creamy, even the vegan ones. Btw, that don't use white sugar or eggs, and every day they have at least 4-5...

Got the premium milk gelato and strawberry sorbet. The gelato was yummy, but a bit too sweet for my taste. The strawberry sorbet was perfect, though.
