At Yoyogi Fukamachi Kokoen Toilet (54-1 Tomigaya 1-chome, Shibuya-ku) and Haruno Ogawa Community Park Toilet (5-68-1 Yoyogi 5-chome, Shibuya-ku), it takes time for the glass walls to become opaque due to the drop in temperature.
