HARBS Atre Kichijoji — Restaurant in Tokyo

Their teas and cakes were good but I had a bad experience at this place. One of the staffs' was acting kind of rude to us. At first place she was nice, but there was something on the menu we didn't understand clearly so we tried our best to ask her in Japanese but the way she reply to us was kind of rude, it's like she was bothered by our questions. I don't know whether she was always that unpolite to the customers or she just didn't like to serve foreigners. I don't usually write this kind of feedback but her attitude has been bothering me so much so I think it's necessary for me to make a complaint. Do I ever come back here?...

I have been patronising this Harbs outlet for many years and out of all the HARBS outlets, the wait time for the queue is acceptable, and the food is served right. Located at the basement of the train station, it is not difficult to locate, just look out for the signages when you exit the station. Pasta and cakes here are always on point and menu changes seasonally. Service staff are great, some converse in English while others will try their best.
