Kichijōji Station — Local services in Tokyo

This is the so called number one desirable neighborhood in Greater Tokyo. It is indeed very well connected by trains. 20 minutes to Shibuya and Shinjuku which cost about 200 yen. There are also so many shopping malls around as well as small shops. The rent is inexpensive by Tokyo standard. So many young people flooded into this region.

After all this is not the center nor the best place of Tokyo. Good to visit and go shopping.

What's with all the 3 and 4 stars??? Kichijoji station is very conveniently located around most of the places you wanna go, you can take either the Chuo line west to get to the more nature-heavy spots of Tokyo or head East to get to Shinjuku station in under 20 minutes, or you can take the Inokashira Line down to Shibuya station, the place to party! This station is big but quite congested. This is the nearby station for Inokashira park and theres a lot of shops just outside of the station.
