It was supposed to be cooked medium rare, but mine in some parts were cooked well done. Also, my beef was over salted and was too salty to eat. I did complain but the staff just went away. The sirloin my family and I got was not fresh (the color of the meat before cooking was mostly not pink like in the pictures but light brown), the meat not tender, they were stingy on the sauce, the recipient to cook did not work properly (we needed 4 candles to finish a single serving when usually you will need 1 or 2 if you order a lot), they couldn't even get the rice right.
