NO WIFI!!! I got there thinking I can finish some work while having a nice coffee (still new to Japan) but I was surprised there’s no WiFi!! Regardless, I had the best decaf that’s not watery as many places make it, and I enjoyed the vibes and the classy service 🤩

『成増』の星乃珈琲店の良いところは、レトロな感じがして、地元の人などから愛着があり、色々な年齢層のお客さんが利用していますよ🤓 いつも、思うのが『上板橋』の星乃珈琲店のメニューの料理の味の質の高さは成増とは違いますよ🤔 上板橋の星乃珈琲店のほうが料理の味もカツカレーやホットドッグやパンケーキすべてにおいて上です🤓とくに違いを感じるのがアイスティーの味わいですよ😃成増のは雑味があり、上板橋のほうはスッキリ美味しくいただけますよ🥤 上板橋のほうは、店内はオシャレで高級感があるように思います🤓 そして料理、衛生面でも良い感じですよ🤓 成増は店員さんが、かわってから、だいぶお店の質が良くない印象になってしまったなあと思いましたが、個人的な印象なので、あまり接客態度などが気にならないという方には問題ないのだと思います😌 でも、僕は『成増』の星乃珈琲店の雰囲気も好きですし、店員さんの中には丁寧に接客してくれるベテランの方もいらっしゃいますので、ふらっと寄りたくなり親しみやすい星乃珈琲店なのですよ🤓 by小室兼二

サイテー。二度と行かない。パンケーキを連れの分と2つ注文してから30分、連れの分だけ来たので「私の分はまだですか？」と聞いたら「今焼いてるのでもうすぐお持ちします」との返事。 その後15分経っても来ないので、まだかと聞いたら「うちはパンケーキ焼くのにお時間頂いてるんですよ〜」と宥めるように言われた。いや、知ってるし。「連れの分だけが15分も前に来てるのに、こんなに時間かかるのか？」と聞いたら「お客様は何頼みましたか？イチゴ？あぁ、今イチゴ乗せてるのでプレーンより時間かかるんです！」と怒り気味に言われた。んな訳あるかいっ！それでもまだ来ないのでまた店員呼んだら、今度はなかなか店員が来ず、やっと来た店員に「まだ焼いてなかったんだろ？ナゼ嘘ついた！連れより30分以上待たされて、まだ来てないのにずっと「今焼いてます」とは、おかしいだろ！」と言ったら、やっと、「これから焼くので遅くなります」と白状した。結局1時間以上待たされた。イチゴ乗せるだけでプレーンより1時間以上も時間かかる星乃珈琲はコチラだけです。 素直に謝れない、逆ギレする男性店員が早々にクビになる事を切に願います。 店自...
