Hoshino Coffee — Restaurant in Tokyo

Really hard to estimate the size. Perhaps 40 seats in this area and there's another room of similar size. Definitely feels like it was converted from something, and there may be other seats I can't see. I feel like the atmosphere is a little more elevated than other stores in the chain, and maybe more comfortable seats, too. It was a little hard to spot as I was approaching on the street. New jazz song is "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes" by Art Tatum. Wi-fi, but I don't see any charging in this room. I think I saw some sockets when I glanced in the other room. That was more of a working environment, whereas this room is more of a meeting place.

Disappointing. They had allergen cards upon request, but they only listed 7 allergens which is useful for people with other common allergies. The staff were able to help when asked, but it’s still a faff and in 2023 you would expect better. The cutlery was stained and the table was also sticky. This place is great value for money! Food is delicious and very cheap. 500yen for a hotdog set. The coffee is good and they're friendly with children. Great place to grab lunch before going to the baby...
