AMAZZZING Halal Pakistani/Indian Food! Very fresh, excellent quality and the taste is WOW!!! We tried a few different dishes on one of the days we were in Tokyo. We and even the kids loved it so much, we went back for dinner there the next day! Ordered some different dishes and ALL were amazingly DELISH! Saw many Japanese and Asians greatly enjoying the food also! LOVE their naans…and their Cheese naans…wow! NEVER had something like that before! Papads with their toppings were DELISH!! Both mango and sweet lassi were PERFECT for the hot summer day! Chicken Biryani, Butter chicken, saag chicken, keema, mutton, tandoori chicken, seekh Kabab, Chana daal….can go on and on! Order your favorite dishes and you will be blown away by the taste! If ever in Tokyo again, definitely will visit!! They have even won an award! Go check it out!

First visit in some years, my previous review was very early among my reviews. I thought I'd already given it five stars, but it's still worth it. The atmosphere is a little different, because it used to be more Pakistani, but now has Japanese music playing and a bunch of pictures of singers. Not sure about the Wi-Fi status, but there seems to be an available network. The sag chicken curry lunch set was quite good. Per my old memories, no surprise there. I think the spice is a little weaker than it used to be however. Overall I'm going to call it five stars on consistency and longevity, as well as atmosphere.

インド5つ星ホテルの味を再現する有名インド料理店。 リトルインディア葛西エリアで、5つ星ホテルの味を楽しめるインド料理の名店がこちら。 お一人様でいってきました。 2024年12月17日 火曜日 12:50 ＊スペシャルバターチキンカレー＆ゴマナンセット 辛さ4（からくち） ・アイスチャイ ＊タンドリーチキン1p スペシャルバターチキンカレー＆ゴマナンセット フンザの名物メニューがコレ。 セットドリンクはアイスチャイに。辛さはお店の方に「辛くても平気だけどお店の人が1番美味しく食べられるとおすすめの辛さで食べたい」と聞いたところ最大の4が良いと。当然、辛さは4で。 スペシャルバターチキンは、通常の2倍の生クリームとバターを使用。インドの5つ星ホテル「オベロイカルカッタ」の味として各種メディアでも度々紹介され、インドでは大統領も絶賛し表彰された程のもの。味は濃厚ですが、口当たりは軽く、いくら食べても飽きのこない仕上がり。クリーム感は無いに等しく、代わりにトマトの爽やかな酸味とスパイス感が際立ちます。素材の良さや独自配合の技術が素晴らしい故のクオリティ。美味しさのもう一つ大切なポイントは、フンザではランチタイムでもディナータイムと同じクオリティで提供しています。ランチタイムはあらかじめ大鍋で作られたカレーを提供する店が多いのですが、オーダー毎に指定された辛さでスパイスを調合し、鍋で仕上げる丁寧な調理。スパイスが生きているんですね。辛さ4でスパイスをたっぷりと使ったバターチキンは、よくあるモッタリして無駄に甘いアレではなく、スパイスが効いた濃厚で深みのある美味しさ。そして、このスペシャルバターチキンと抜群に相性が良いのがゴマナン。まず、ナンが無駄に大きくない事が好印象。程よい厚みで、食べやすくカットされています。形も無駄に伸ばしたアレではなく円形。小麦の風味と胡麻の香ばしさに、バターチキンの濃厚な美味しさが合わさると、ミラクルなシナジー効果で美味しさが格段にアップ。もちろん、それぞれ単品でも美味しいのですが、この組み合わせは別格。由緒正しいハイレベルな北インド料理です。 タンドリーチキン フンザの要チェックメニューの１つ。見るからに、鶏肉をちょっと色付けした程度のタンドリーチキンもどきではありません。しっかりスパイスを調合したヨーグルトで漬け込んで、タンドールで仕上げた本物です。無駄にスパイスが突出することなく、マイルドで慈悲深い美味しさ。 美味しく完食いたしました。 『フンザ』は、パキスタン北西部フンザ地方出身のオーナーと、日本人の奥様「モハンマド久美子」さんが経営する、インド・パキスタン料理店です。オープンは2014年4月。出来合いの材料や添加物は使わず、厳選した材料を一品一品調理すふことに拘っています。故に、完全ハラル対応。シェフはコルカタとオリッサ出身のベテラン2名。ビーフやポークはもちろん使わず、チキンやマトンも清潔に処理したハラール肉を使用。簡単に言えば、ちゃんとした北インド料理が頂けるお店です。看板メニューのひとつの「スペシャルバターチキンカレー」は、特に違いがよくわかる逸品。お店には「バターチキン」と「スペシャルバターチキン」がありますが、間違いなく『スペシャル』がおすすめです。 俗に言われる「インネパ」なお店で頂くインドカレーっぽいものとは全然違います。インド料理に特別なこだわりがなく、自由な発想とアイデアでアレンジされたネパール人のインネパカレーにも良さはあります。一方で、「フンザ」のようなオーセンティックでディテールに拘った「インド料理」は、インネパ店では味わえない美味しさがあります。「インネパ」≠「インド料理」って事ですね。リトルインディアと言われる葛西エリアですが、「フンザ」のインド料理は頭１つ突き抜けた美味しさかと思います。葛西のインド料理店全て食べ歩いたわけではありませんが、他の名だたる有名店と肩を並べるハイレベルなお店だと思いました。肩書きや評価点数などにとらわれ過ぎないよう意識して食べ歩いてますが、「フンザ」は多くの方の感想や評価通り、すごく良いお店です。写真映えするメニューや派手なニュースはありませが（昔はSMAPの稲垣吾郎さんが推してジャニーズファンの聖地になったりしてましたが…）、実直で一本芯の通ったインド料理店です。 とってもおすすめ。 #シェフが本場仕込み #ハラル対応 #名物メニューはこれ #食べるべきメニューあり #丁寧に作られた #北インド料理 #5つ星ホテルの味 #実力派 #百名店 #Retty人気店 #葛西
