Tsukasa Sushi — Restaurant in Tokyo

You, dear reader, need to visit this restaurant. I wasn’t sure what to expect upon entering as the mood inside seemed somewhat somber. But it soon warmed up after chatting with both the owner and some fellow diners - to the point we were all showing each other our cat photos. Getting back to the menu - it’s pretty much sit down and receive a set number of amazing sushi, soup, tea, sashimi. Fresh as you can get. Extremely good value for the price- you will not likely have better anywhere else nearby. A special thanks to the head waiter/assistant who was extremely quick and courteous. Traditional sushi restaurant. I went with someone who speaks japanese. We took some sort of standard menu and the chief was lovely.
